The center will be administered by the committee which consists of members from (1) to (3) and executed along with members of other relevant institutions:

(1) The Chairman of Macau Documentation and Information Society (or the representatives of association) will serve as the Chairman of Committee who is responsible for the liaison, coordination and cooperation between local and international communities;

(2) The Director of Macau City University Library will act as a Director of Committee.

(3) The Director of Administrative Division in City University of Macau will act as a Secretary General, which provides the university regulations for reference.

(4) Local and MoW-related academic units and delegates from MoWSCEaR and MOWCAP will be invited into the committee. Under the consent of principal members, the chairman can recommend Macau scholars and officials to be a committee member.
